Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa, is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that consists of five easy-to-learn exercises and study to improve one’s character. The practice is guided by the principles of Truthfulness ( 真 ), Compassion ( 善 ), and Forbearance (忍 ). It is free to learn and has been embraced by people in over 100 countries. Suitable for all age groups and physical conditions. One of our volunteers will be happy to teach you. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
