The Greater Philadelphia Falun Dafa Association (GPFDA) respects privacy.
GPFDA retains inquiries and related emails that are sent to us through our contact page for up to seven years. (Please note: We have reasonable security precautions to protect data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be considered 100% secure.) Only volunteers who are needed to answer inquires have access to the inquiries. All inquiries and contact information of inquirers are kept confidential. We will not disclose personal information from inquiries to outside parties or organizations, except under the circumstances below.
GPFDA may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Request that the US Postal Service or a private mailing service remove your data from a mailing list
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of GPFDA
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with inquiries and the operation of our website
- Protect the personal safety of visitors to our website

If a person contacts GPFDA through this site, GPFDA will not add the person to an email list or mailing list unless the person requests we do so, or we obtain permission from that person.
The analytics software for this website does track IP addresses in order to determine the number of visitors, page views, and the geographic regions of visitors. Website personnel do not have access to those IP addresses, nor is any other identifying information, such as names or email addresses, associated with the IP addresses.
